The year 2008 has left us with many issues.
1. The wonderful victory of Barrack Obama as the President of United States of America.
A glowing tribute to a vibrant democracy and a hope for all the dominated peoples of the world including the 250 million (SC/STs) Dalits of India. There is hope and a new day is possible.
2. The global recession and a major crisis in the financial market. About 23 Million Dollars is lost by Anil Ambani and the top 50 Richest persons of India that lost the money in the recession were shown in the media time and again.
We need to yet to see any media that will highlight the top 50 poor persons in India that cannot have proper meals a day or have no where to sleep. If they do this may be they would not have any one watching their TV or subscribing to their print media!!
